In this video: Watch as Pastor Alfred teaches on who the Holy Spirit is!
Sermon Summary:
In the beginning of the service, Pastor asks the congregation if they are healthy, and the congregation replies, saying yes, we are physically healthy and whole. When someone in the world asks this, it is about physical health. But when a man of God asks this, he is asking about spiritual health.
Do you know who you are and why you are in the Church? The word of says: do not forsake the gathering of the saints. Lord Jesus gave us a new birth in our inner man. Jesus came to the earth to save man’s soul and bring the kingdom of the Spirit. God created man(Adam) first and then the woman. God told Adam, “I will give you a helper”; God caused Adam to fall into a deep sleep and took one of his ribs and made Eve – his helper.
This shows us that Adam’s helper came from inside of him. The One in us is our helper, the Holy Spirit. Everything that we ever need is inside us, but we need to see in the spirit. What is happening with your spirit person? Where is your spiritual address? We’re expected to renew our mind in the spirit; well-nourished with the Word to be spiritually healthy.
Paul instructs us in the letter to Galatians that if you’re born of the spirit of God, you must walk in the Spirit; hear from the Holy Spirit and not the senses of the flesh. How to be still? Our senses and thoughts of the flesh must be brought to the captivity and subjection to the Word of God.
The Holy spirit speaks to the inner man, our heart which is the prayer room/closet where He dwells. The communication box is our Heart. Therefore, we must guard our hearts with all diligence. While reading of the scriptures, we need to read with the help of the author of Word – The Holy Spirit! Feeding our spirit man requires discipline over our eye gate, mouth gate and ear gate.
How does Heaven operate? By the Spirit of God. Once you’re in the spirit, your spiritual eyes are opened, and your spoken words manifest into physical realm. The day we begin praying within us, we subdue our minds and then we begin our journey into the Supernatural, here on earth!
